第五届南宁象棋国际邀请赛竞赛规程

    一、指导单位：国家体育总局棋牌运动管理中心
    二、主办单位：广西壮族自治区体育局、南宁市人民政府、中国象棋协会
    三、承办单位：南宁市体育局、南宁市体育总会、广西象棋协会
    四、协办单位：南宁市体育管理培训中心、南宁市象棋协会
    五、竞赛时间和地点：2013年8月30日至9月3日，在广西南宁市举行。
    六、竞赛项目：个人赛。
    七、参赛资格：
    1、特邀东盟10国每个国家1名，年龄在50岁以下的男棋手参赛。
    2、其他境外棋手均可自由报名参赛。
    3、国内棋手由承办单位邀请。
    八、竞赛办法：
    1、采用《亚洲象棋比赛规例》。
    2、采用积分编排赛制，共赛9轮。
    3、比赛用时：每局棋每方基本用时60分钟，每走一步加20秒。
    九、奖励办法：
    1、奖励前十八名，奖金（人民币，税后）分配为：第一名20000元、第二名10000元、第三名8000元、第四名6000元、第五名5000元、第六名4000元、第七名3000元、第八名2500元、第九名2000元、第十名1500元、第十一名1200元、第十二名1000元、第十三名900元、第十四名800元、第十五名750元、第十六名700元、第十七名650元、第十八名600元。
    2、获比赛前六名各奖励奖杯1座。
    3、获比赛一至十八名各奖励证书1本。
    十、报名：
    1、报名参加比赛的棋手应身体健康。
　　2、报名办法：
　　所有参赛棋手应于2013年7月30日前报名，逾期无效。报名联系方式如下：

　　十一、报到：
　　请于2013年8月30日16:00前到中国广西南宁报到。
    十二、经费：
    1、特邀棋手在比赛期间，食宿和交通费由组委会负担。
    2、特邀棋手往返差旅费组委会补贴每人2000元。
    3、自由报名棋手一切费用自理。
    4、接待：组委会在比赛前后、在南宁机场或火车站安排免费班车接站、送站。请需要接、送的棋手提前二天告知组委会。提前或逾期抵达者费用自理。
    5、酒店参考费用如下：
   （1）五星级酒店：450元/晚（含早餐）
   （2）普通酒店：180元－230元/晚
    十三、日程安排：
    8月30日16:00前报到，20:00 -21:00技术会议。

Regulation of the 5^th Nanning International Xiangqi Invitational Tournament

1. Guided by: Chess & Cards Administration Center of General Administration of Sport of China
2. Hosted by: Administration of Sport of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Nanning Municipal People’s Government, Chinese Xiangqi Association
3. Organized by: Nanning Sports Bureau, Nanning Sports Federation, Guangxi Xiangqi Association
4. Co-organized by: Nanning Sports Administration & Training Center, Nanning Xiangqi Association
5. Time and Location: August 30^th –September 3^rd, 2013, Nanning, Guangxi, China
6. Events: Individual Event
7. Qualification:
1) One male player whose age under 50 should be sent from each invited countries in 10 ASEAN countries;
2) Other foreign players can take part in the event freely;
3) Domestic players are invited by the organizer.
8. Competition Rules:
1) The events comply with Asian Chinese Chess Rules.
2) The event will be ranked according to their accumulative scores of all 9 rounds of contest.
3) Match Time: there is a basic time of 60 minutes for each player in every inning, and 20 seconds will be given back for each step.
9. Ranking and Awards:
1) The top 18 of individual event will be awarded. The Organization awards (RMB, After-tax): 20,000 RMB for the 1^st place, 10,000 RMB for the 2^nd place, 8,000 RMB for the 3^rd place, 6,000 RMB for the 4^th place, 5,000 RMB for the 5^th place. 4,000 RMB for the 6^th place, 3,000 RMB for the 7^th place, 2,500 RMB for the 8^th place, 2,000 RMB for the 9^th place, 1,500 RMB for the 10^th place, 1,200 RMB for the 11^th place, 1,000 RMB for the 12^th place, 900 RMB for the 13^th place, 800 RMB for the 14^th place, 750 RMB for the 15^th place, 700 RMB for the 16^th place, 650 RMB for the 17^th place, and 600 RMB for the 18^th place.

2) The top 6 winners will be awarded trophies.

3) The top 1 to 18 winners will be awarded certificates.
10. Entry:
1) The players who take part in the event should be in good health.
2) Please submit the entry form by July 30^th, 2013, overtime will be invalidated. Contact information is as follows:

11. Registration:
Please arrive at Nanning China on August 30^th, 2013.
12. Expenses:
1) During the tournament, the expenses of food, accommodation and local transportation of invited players will be covered by the Organizing Committee.
2) The international travel fees of invited players will be subsidized 2000 RMB per person by the Organizing Committee.
3) All expenses of other players who take part in freely shall be borne by themselves.
4) Reception: the Organizing Committee before and after the tournament will arrange free shuttle buses to pick up and send off at the Nanning airport or railway station. The players who need this service please inform the Organizing Committee 2 days in advance. In advance or late arrivals’ transportation expenses shall be borne by themselves.
5) Reference prices of the hotels:
a. Five-star hotels: 450 RMB per night(with breakfast)
b. Common hotels: 180-230 RMB per night
